The products carried are cloth or plastic bags weighing approx. 20 kg. The processing rate is 160 bags per hour, 24/7. All of the conveyors are made of 304L stainless steel and they are designed with an automatic cleaning system.
Continuous bag handling uses:
Four straight conveyors equipped with three motor driven belts and an articulated motor driven system,
A pneumatic stop at the end of the conveyor to distribute the bags into the carts,

The equipment meets the safety requirements of the machine directive 2006/42/EC.
