This line, produced by Benne SA, enables products to be conserved at below-zero temperatures. It is suitable for freezing many different agri-food products on an industrial scale.
Operators fill the trolleys and manoeuvre them to the input and from the output of the freezing tunnel. The trolleys advance gradually with a pilgrim step mechanism activated by hydraulic cylinders.
Finally, the line guarantees a high rate of production, giving our customers a faster working method. Production capacity and speeds are significantly higher.
Modules have been created to monitor speeds and temperatures.
The line also makes work easier for operators and reduces musculo-skeletal risks. The operators carry out fewer actions, with the remainder performed by the automatic line.
