Recruitment: a successful operation for Benne SA

We told you about it this week. On Thursday 4 May, Benne SA opened its doors to jobseekers for an original and immersive recruitment day, organised in partnership with Pôle emploi. The programme included a meeting with Managing Director Thibault Benne, a tour of the workshops, a coaching workshop with HR Director Chloë Lepretre, job dating and work experience. The results were positive for the Mélou-based company, which specialises in the design and manufacture of complete solutions for conveyors, production lines and automated systems: 29 people took part in the visits organised in the morning and 22 returned in the afternoon for the job dating and work experience. Five jobseekers will be joining the company on Tuesday as part of a period of work experience (PMSMP) in the belts and conveyors department. This is an essential step in confirming their interest in the job, and they will then be taken on as part of a pre-recruitment training programme (AFPR) with a view to being hired on a permanent basis.
