Straight driven-roller conveyor

For the straight driven-roller conveyor, there are multiple methods for driving the rollers. We have chosen two for our standard models:

  • Chain bracelet: simple and effective.
  • Poly-V belt bracelet: less noisy than chain bracelets.

If several sizes of products are carried by a conveyor, it is important to know the dimensions of the smallest and the largest products. We also need to know the unit weight, the total load on the conveyor and the speed required or rate of production to be carried. The environmental conditions are crucial when deciding on a conveyor, together with the degree of cleanability required (for the pharmaceutical and food industries). Please remember to tell us the units of measurement you are using.
