Straight angled belt conveyor

The straight angled belt conveyor can carry your products upwards or downwards, with an initial inclined section followed by a straight section.

There are three types of angle:

  • Low angle: collects your products at a low level with a flat section and then carries them to a higher level.

 

  • High angle: collects your products at a low level with an inclined section and then carries them to a higher level with a flat section.

 

  • Double angle: collects your products at either a high or a low level and carries them along an inclined section to a high level or a low level depending on the configuration you choose.

If several sizes of products are carried by a conveyor, it is important to know the dimensions of the smallest and the largest products. We also need to know the unit weight, the total load on the conveyor and the speed required or rate of production to be carried. The environmental conditions are crucial when deciding on a conveyor, together with the degree of cleanability required (for the pharmaceutical and food industries). Please remember to tell us the units of measurement you are using.
