Introduction:
This conveyor is designed for transporting fruits in syrup for canning.
Packaging:
For this project in the food industry, fruits in syrup are transported along the production line before being packed in tin cans.
The conveyor system feeds the various filling machines, and then the fruit passes through metal detectors before being canned. The conveyors installed on this line are all food-grade conveyors. They are subject to very strict regulations in terms of food contact.
To deliver the project, we produced a series of conveyors:
Two straight inclined belt conveyors:
– Length: 7600 mm
– Width: 600 mm
– Height: 600 to 3650 mm
– Stainless steel bearings
– Riffled stainless steel input hopper and output chute
