Several types of conveyors were used for this conveyor line:
- 1 straight belt conveyor with a roller bed
- 4 stainless steel straight modular belt conveyors
- 1 stainless steel omnidirectional roller table
- 2 straight modular belt conveyors with metal detectors
- 1 stainless steel straight metal-belt conveyor with 1 knife edge
- 1 stainless steel straight modular belt conveyor
- 1 stainless steel omnidirectional roller table
Products transported:
- Plastic trays
- Tray weight: 0.300 kg
Rate:
- From 400 trays/hour to 800 trays/hour
- Continuous operation: YES
- Number of hours of operation per day: 3 x 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
